Momentum beats motivation.
The 7-Day Hollywood Actor Launch Plan
This is not about becoming famous in 7 days. This is about building a **professional starting position** fast — so casting, agents, and collaborators can take you seriously.
Day 1 — Define Your Casting Identity
Actors struggle when they try to be everything. Casting hires specific energy patterns.
Choose 2-3 casting types you naturally fit.
Write a one-sentence identity statement.
Study actors with similar energy.
Example: “Quiet intensity with emotional depth” or “Fast-talking comic outsider.”
Day 2 — Headshot Alignment
Headshots are marketing tools, not portraits.
Choose photos matching casting identity.
Clear eyes, simple background, authentic expression.
Avoid glamour shots unless role-specific.
Day 3 — Build a Starter Reel
You do NOT need a perfect reel. You need proof you can exist truthfully on camera.
Record 1–2 short scenes.
Strong opening within first 5 seconds.
Clean audio + simple framing.
Day 4 — Submission Setup
Create casting profiles (where relevant).
Upload headshots and reel.
Write short, professional bio.
Avoid long dramatic biographies — keep it concise.
Day 5 — Audition Practice Loop
Practice self-tapes using real audition sides.
Record → review → adjust → repeat.
Limit takes to maintain authenticity.
Day 6 — Network Without Being Weird
Networking is not asking for jobs — it’s building familiarity.
Connect with other actors and filmmakers.
Attend classes, workshops, or events.
Share progress, not desperation.
Day 7 — Weekly System Setup
Professional actors run systems, not moods.
Schedule weekly submissions.
Maintain training habit.
Track auditions and improvements.
After 7 days, repeat cycle with upgrades — new material, stronger tape, clearer identity.
